Important information regarding towing a trailer (Am I legal?)
Did you pass your driving test on or after 1st January 2007? Do you tow a trailer over 750Kg? If so you maybe breaking the law and risking your license.
All drivers passing their test on or after 1st the January 1997 will need to pass an additional test to entitle them to tow a larger trailer (over 750kg). To ensure you are legal and not risking your license check to see if you have B+E category on your license. If you do not call Martin Hopkins Driver Training and make yourself legal.
Please remember that exceeding the towing weights you are permitted can result in very heavy fines, penalty points on your licence and invalidating your insurance.
